Not getting the response you want on social media? Start the conversation!
When you have MSRs or other employees responding to your credit union’s social media posts, members will be more likely to join the conversation. It’s always easier to be part of a conversation than be the first to post a response.
Running a contest is a great way to get member-generated content. Come up with a theme, such as how the credit union helped me during a rough time or why credit unions are better than banks, and decide if you want responses by photos or videos. See if you can get entries branded to your credit union by having members hold a sign or wear a credit union T-shirt or other swag.
